Deputy CFO Kiran Thadimarri Succeeds Gaurav Negi As CFO Of IndiGo
InterGlobe Aviation, the parent company of IndiGo, has appointed Kiran Thadimarri as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 28, 2026. Thadimarri, who was serving as Deputy CFO, will succeed Gaurav Negi in the role.
The company informed the exchanges that Negi, the outgoing CFO, has been redesignated as Advisor to the Managing Director (MD).
Kiran Thadimarri has worked with organisations including InterGlobe Enterprises, Udaan and General Electric Company. He was the Co-Founder & CFO of GENWORKS Health. Earlier, he has also served as CFO of General Electric. He is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 24 years of experience across finance and business operations. In his previous role as Deputy CFO at IndiGo, he was involved in financial management functions and supported the airline’s business operations. Thadimarri holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (accounting), and he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Gaurav Negi is a finance professional with over two decades of experience across financial management, accounting, and business operations. He has served as CFO at IndiGo and has held leadership roles at GE, including CFO positions at GE T&D India Ltd. and GE Renewable Energy. He has also worked with Wipro GE Healthcare as CFO for India and South Asia. A Chartered Accountant, Negi has expertise in financial strategy, Corporate Governance, and business development. He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and has also pursued studies with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
