Rachid Ayari Set To Step Down As CFO Of Sanofi India In September
Rachid Ayari is set to step down from his current role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Whole-Time Director, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Sanofi India Limited, with effect from September 30, 2026.
Before joining Sanofi, Ayari worked with Pfizer as Finance Director for the North African region. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree and has experience in financial management across the healthcare sector. He has been serving as CFO at Sanofi India since December 2023 and is responsible for the company’s statutory requirements, financial operations and support for strategic and transformation initiatives. He joined Sanofi in 2017 as CFO of Algeria before moving to the same role for Russia and the Central Asia region. He has held finance leadership positions across countries, with experience in accounting, cash management, investments and transformation projects across commercial operations and manufacturing facilities.
