Sandip Ghose & Manmohan Shetty Appointed As Independent Directors On Centrum Capital’s Board

Sandip Ghose and Manmohan Shetty have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors of Centrum Capital Limited, effective July 16, 2026, and August 5, 2026, respectively.

Sandip Ghose is the Founder Director of the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), an educational initiative of SEBI, where he oversaw the School of Regulatory and Supervisory Studies. Earlier, he was Head of Human Resources at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and served as Chief of Staff and Advisor to three RBI Governors: Dr. C. Rangarajan, Dr. Bimal Jalan, and Dr. Y.V. Reddy. He has contributed to financial sector development and has received an honorary doctoral degree from EIILM University, Sikkim. He is a financial sector professional with experience in banking, regulation, and institutional development. Ghose holds a master’s degree in history and is an alumnus of Anderson School of Management, UCLA, and Columbia Business School.

Manmohan Shetty is the Founder of Adlabs Films Ltd., where he established a film processing laboratory and produced films that received commercial success and National Awards. He is an entrepreneur and a prominent figure in India’s media and entertainment sector. He also founded Adlabs Entertainment Ltd, which developed the Imagicaa theme and amusement park along the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Currently, he serves as a Director at Thrrill Park Ltd., Cineport Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., and other organisations. Shetty has been associated with industry bodies including the Film & Television Producers Guild of India and has held leadership roles in media and entertainment-related government organisations. He also established India’s first IMAX dome theatre and served as Chairman of the National Film Development Corporation.
