Rahul Chitnis Set To Join Indo Amines’ Board As Independent Director

Rahul Chitnis has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) of Indo Amines Limited for the first term of one (1) year, with effect from July 15, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Chitnis is a Partner at Chitnis Desai LLP and has served as A-2 Panel Counsel and In-Charge Chief Standing Counsel for the State of Maharashtra before the Supreme Court of India. An alumnus of Government Law College, Mumbai, and King’s College London, where he completed an LL.M. in Business International Law, he has represented clients before the Supreme Court, the Bombay High Court, and arbitral tribunals. He is a legal professional with over three decades of experience in constitutional, commercial, corporate, arbitration, intellectual property, banking, and criminal law. He has also served as an arbitrator since 2003 and contributed to legal education as Visiting Faculty at Jindal Global Law School.
