Ranjini Roy & Siddhi Singhania Join Jupiter Wagons As Independent Directors

Ranjini Roy and Siddhi Singhania have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors (Additional Directors) of Jupiter Wagons Limited, w.e.f. July 9, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Ranjini Roy has held leadership roles from management trainee to Vice President (VP) at Aditya Birla Group, later serving as Business Head and Executive VP at a global research and consulting firm. She is a business leader with over 25 years of experience across the Aditya Birla Group, TCG, and Avalon Consulting Group. Over the course of her career, she has worked with Indian, global, and Fortune 500 companies across sectors including FMCG, metals, BFSI, retail, telecom, chemicals, automotive, logistics, and agribusiness. Her expertise spans strategy, business transformation, growth planning, brand management, market expansion and organisational capability building. She holds an M.Sc. from Presidency College, Kolkata, and an MBA from IMI, New Delhi.

Siddhi Singhania is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a practising Company Secretary with over 12 years of experience. She began her career as an entrepreneur in the professional services sector and has built a diverse client base across listed and unlisted companies. A peer-reviewed professional recognised by ICSI, she specialises in Corporate Governance, regulatory compliance and board advisory. Her expertise includes secretarial audits, due diligence, business process reviews, corporate restructuring, IPO advisory, NCLT matters and CSR compliance. She also advises companies on the Companies Act, 2013, and is a regular faculty member at programmes conducted by ICSI’s Eastern India Regional Council.
