Vibha Paul Rishi Reappointed As Independent Director Of ICICI Bank For Second Term

ICICI Bank has approved the reappointment of Vibha Paul Rishi as an Independent Director for a second term, effective January 23, 2027, subject to shareholders’ approval.

Rishi began her career with the Tata Administrative Service and was part of the start-up team at Titan Watches. She later spent 17 years at PepsiCo, holding leadership roles in India, the US, and the UK, including serving on the company’s international marketing and innovation teams. She subsequently served as Executive Director, Brand and Human Capital at Max India and earlier as Director, Marketing and Customer Strategy at Future Group. She is a business leader with experience in marketing, strategy, innovation, and corporate governance. Rishi holds an MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and an Honours degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College. She serves on the Boards and board committees of several companies and is associated with the NGO Pratham.
