Bandhan Bank CFO Rajeev Mantri Resigns, To Step Down In September

Rajeev Mantri will step down as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (CFO & KMP) of Bandhan Bank to pursue another career opportunity, effective September 25, 2026.

Mantri joined Bandhan Bank after serving as CFO at Citi India. He has more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. Earlier in his career, he was CFO at TransUnion CIBIL and spent over 15 years at Standard Chartered Bank in senior finance roles across India and Singapore. He also worked with Mashreqbank in the UAE, gaining experience in financial management across international markets. Mantri is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD Business School, Singapore.
