Vinay K. Sharma Concludes His Tenure As Non-Official Independent Director Of Hindustan Organic Chemicals

Vinay Kumar Sharma has retired as Non-Official Independent Director of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, w.e.f. the date of appointment order or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Sharma began his career in the banking sector and held leadership roles with major financial institutions. He served as Regional Head of Credit at IndusInd Bank from 2002 to 2008 and later as Regional Relationship Manager and Head of Project Accounts at ICICI Bank between 2008 and 2012. During this period, he worked across credit management, relationship banking, and project finance. He is currently engaged in organic farming and social initiatives, while continuing to draw on his experience in finance, business management, and governance. Sharma is a professional and social activist with experience spanning management, finance, banking, marketing, corporate governance, and business planning. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in economics and Social Work from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
