
Lumax Auto Technologies Appoints Deepak Jain As Non-Executive Vice Chairman
The Board of Directors of Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has approved the change in designation of Deepak Jain from Non-Executive Director to Vice Chairman (Non-Executive), w.e.f. May 29, 2026.
Deepak Jain, 46, is the Chairman of the Lumax Group, one of India’s leading manufacturers of automotive components and systems. With over 26 years of experience, he has received extensive professional training at Stanley Co. Limited, USA, and Stanley Electric Co. Limited, Japan. Currently serves as the President of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) and as Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region – Regional Committee on Advanced Manufacturing. He also holds the position of Vice President of the Toyota Kirloskar Suppliers’ Association and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). He held several key leadership positions, including Chairman of ACMA’s HR/IR & Skill Development Committee, Chairman of ACMA’s Sustainable Technology Development Committee, National Coordinator of ACMA’s Young Business Leaders Forum, and President of the Suppliers’ Club of Honda Cars India Ltd. He is a business graduate from Illinois Institute of Technology.
