Vikram Mohan Succeeds Vanitha Mohan As Chairman Of Pricol
Vikram Mohan, son of outgoing Chairperson Vanitha Mohan, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pricol Limited, with effect from May 14, 2026. He succeeds Vanitha Mohan, who has resigned from the Board of Directors, as she would now like to contribute her remaining productive years to the larger good of society to enhance human lives.
Further, Madhura Mohan, daughter of Vikram Mohan and a third-generation member of the promoter family, has been appointed as Executive Director (Whole-Time Director) of the company, effective May 14, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Additionally, Siddharth Manoharan has been appointed as Group Executive Director (Whole-Time Director) of the company, effective May 14, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Vikram Mohan is the founder of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Coimbatore chapter and is a member of EO South Asia and the Young Presidents’ Organization Chennai chapter. He has also been associated with the Confederation of Indian Industry and the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India in various leadership roles. He has nearly three decades of experience and oversees strategy, finance, customer relationship management, and public relations at Pricol, where he serves as MD. Mohan holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.
Vanitha Mohan has nearly four decades of experience and oversees internal audit and corporate social responsibility (CSR) functions at Pricol. She is also the Managing Trustee of Siruthuli, which works on water management and environmental initiatives. In addition, she is a Trustee of the ND Foundation and Vice Chairman of the Kongu Global Forum. She previously served as President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Coimbatore and also holds directorships in Sagittarius Investments and Shrimay Enterprises. Mohan is a commerce graduate with a postgraduate diploma in Business Management from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
Madhura Mohan holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Business and Management from Brunel University London. She is a third-generation member of the promoter family and has been associated with the company since September 2023. She has been involved in managerial responsibilities with a focus on customer relationships in domestic and international markets, along with the company’s environmental, social, and governance initiatives.
Siddharth Manoharan holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. He also completed a dual MBA programme from the Fudan University School of Management and the MIT Sloan School of Management. Over the past nine years with the Pricol Group, he has worked on growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. His role has focused on supporting the company’s expansion and market development initiatives.
