JSW Energy Reappoints Rajiv Chaudhri As Independent Director

JSW Energy has approved the reappointment of Rajiv Chaudhri as an Independent Director for a second term of five years beginning July 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Chaudhri is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sunsara Capital and has more than four decades of experience in investment management and equity research. Before founding Sunsara Capital, he led Digital Century Capital for 15 years. Earlier in his career, he worked at Goldman Sachs, where he was involved in technology equity research and led semiconductor research activities. Chaudhri holds a master’s in public administration from Harvard University, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A), and a degree in economics from St. Stephen’s College.
