Board Stewardship is set to host the May 2026 edition of its Monthly Live Webinar Series on Boardroom Insights on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. As part of its ongoing commitment to enabling future-ready Boards, the series continues to bring together Directors, governance professionals, and industry leaders for focused conversations on evolving boardroom priorities.
The monthly webinar platform has consistently served as a knowledge-driven forum for dialogue on Corporate Governance, leadership, and stewardship, helping board members stay aligned with emerging risks and responsibilities.
The upcoming Webinar series will open with a Welcome Address by Vikesh Wallia, Managing Director & Editor, Board Stewardship, who will set the context for the discussions ahead. This will be followed by the Inaugural Address by Emmanuel David, Independent Director, Strategic Leader & Coach, and Advisory Board Member, Board Stewardship.
A key highlight of the session will be a panel discussion on Cyber(IN)Security for Boardrooms, reflecting the growing importance of cyber risk oversight at the Board level. The panel will feature Radhika Chennakeshavula, Chief Information and Systems Officer at Silicon Labs; Dr. Rajiv Yadav, Board Strategy & Governance Advisor; and Nimitt Jhaveri, Co-Founder & Managing Partner at BitScore Cybertech LLP. The discussion will focus on how Boards can strengthen resilience, oversight, and preparedness in an increasingly digital and risk-prone environment.
The second panel discussion on the Significance & Importance of the Minutes of Board and Committee Meetings, a critical yet often underexamined aspect of governance. The session will bring together Sudhakar Saraswatula, Mentor, Corporate Trainer, Speaker & Author and Former Vice President at Reliance Industries Ltd.; Mangal Krishnarao Kulkarni, Global Legal Head, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer; and K Randhir Singh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer & Head CSR at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. The panel will discuss how accurate documentation supports accountability, transparency, and effective decision-making in board processes.
