Richard Miller Appointed As Global Head Of Insurance Business At Mphasis

Mphasis Limited has appointed Richard Miller as Global Head of its Insurance Business. He will lead the company’s insurance strategy and work with clients on operations, core systems, and the use of artificial intelligence in business processes.

Miller most recently founded REMVENTION.AI, an advisory firm focused on applied artificial intelligence (AI). Earlier, he served as Senior Managing Director at Accenture and held a leadership role at NaviSys. He is a business leader with over 35 years of experience in the insurance sector, focusing on underwriting, claims, and core operations. He has led transformation programmes that combine operating model changes, technology systems, and data-based decision processes. He has worked with global insurers on improving underwriting processes, reducing costs, and strengthening customer and distribution systems. His work includes integrating artificial intelligence into insurance workflows to support risk assessment and decision-making in regulated environments. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
