Sachinn Joshi & Raju Dodti Appointed As Whole-Time Directors Of L&T Finance
Sachinn Joshi and Raju Dodti have been appointed as the Whole-Time Directors of L&T Finance Limited, subject to necessary approvals from regulatory authorities and shareholders of the company.
Joshi is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of L&T Finance and has over 34 years of experience in finance and operations. He previously served as CFO at Aditya Birla Finance, managing treasury, finance, compliance, and administration. He also worked as Executive Director and CFO at Angel One and held roles including CFO, COO, and Executive Director at IL&FS Investment Managers. He oversees finance and accounts, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, credit, and economic affairs. His experience includes business and treasury setup, risk and credit control, public listing, and strategic planning. Joshi is a chartered accountant and cost accountant, holds a postgraduate degree in law, and completed a leadership programme at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C).
Dodti is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at L&T Finance, where he oversees retail finance businesses, operations, and customer service. He has led business segments including infrastructure finance, real estate finance, and SME finance within the company. He began his tenure at L&T Finance as group general counsel, managing legal and regulatory matters. With over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, he has worked with institutions such as IDFC Alternatives, Rabo India Finance, ABN AMRO, Société Générale, and Global Trust Bank. He holds qualifications from the Wharton School, Government Law College, Mumbai, and the University of Mumbai.
