Nagarro to Lead AI Stewardship Dialogue at Board Stewardship Huddle in London
The Board Stewardship Huddle is coming to London on April 24, bringing with it a very relevant question for today’s boardrooms: Are we making decisions fast enough for the world we are operating in? This edition, curated by Board Stewardship, will bring together board members, CXOs, and governance professionals for a closed-door, high-quality exchange. But what makes this Huddle particularly timely is its focus on AI in the boardroom, led by Nagarro, the AI Stewardship Advisory Partner. The emphasis is not on AI as a buzzword, but on what it actually means for Boards that are still relying on static updates and backwards-looking reviews.
Viyom Jain, MD & Global Business Head, Nagarro, will set the tone with a keynote that directly addresses this shift, “The question is no longer whether Boards should engage with AI, but how they lead on it. At Nagarro, we think of this as Fluidic Intelligence, where intelligence flows from data to decision across the enterprise. This is what boards need to start building towards.”
Nagarro will also lead a spotlight session on Board Insight Powered by Agentic AI, bringing a practical lens to how Boards can move towards real-time, decision-ready intelligence.
Rahul Jain, Associate Director, Nagarro, explains the gap clearly, “Most Boards today are governing tomorrow’s business with yesterday’s information. What changes now is the ability to move from static reporting to live reasoning and continuous insight.”
Adding a regional perspective, Saumya Sharma, Director – Region Head UK & Ireland, Salesforce Practice, Nagarro, points out how close this shift already is: “AI-driven reporting can already turn raw data into live insight and replace lagging indicators. The real shift is mindset, moving from reviewing outcomes to shaping them.”
While Nagarro anchors the AI conversation, the broader agenda brings together a strong mix of global voices across governance, capital markets, and sustainability.
The Huddle will open with Vikesh Wallia, MD and Editor, Board Stewardship, followed by the inaugural address by Shailesh Haribhakti, Chairman, Board Stewardship.
Sharing his thoughts ahead of London, Vikesh Wallia says, “London brings together a very diverse and experienced board community. The idea behind this Huddle is to create a space where these perspectives can come together in a meaningful way. The conversations here are not theoretical; they are grounded in what Boards are actually dealing with today.”
The day will also feature a keynote by Jen Sisson, CEO, International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), UK, and a special address by Lord Rami Ranger FRSA, Chairman, Sun Mark Ltd, offering a global and policy-level view on governance.
A key panel on the Role of Institutional Investors in Enhancing Corporate Governance will include Amit Lodha, Co-founder, Director & Chief Investment Officer, Arteqin Capital Limited, UK; Shailesh Haribhakti, Chairman, Board Stewardship; and Anand Desai, Managing Partner, DSK Legal, bringing together investor and legal perspectives.
This will be followed by a session on How AI will Deliver Sustainability to the Planet, featuring Helle Bank Jørgensen, Global Managing Director, Board Development, Board Intelligence, UK; Irina Gorbounova, Vice President M&A & Head XCarb Innovation Fund, ArcelorMittal; and Ken Smith, Global VP Transition Services, Bureau Veritas.
The closing panel on Succession Planning: Creating a Board DNA will see Tim Sheffield, Global Chairman, Sheffield Haworth, UK, and J N Gupta, Founder & Managing Director, Stakeholder Empowerment Services (SES) and Former Executive Director, SEBI, discussing how Boards can build long-term resilience.
The event will also include the launch of Law Meets AI by Anand Desai, Managing Partner, DSK Legal, reflecting how governance and technology are increasingly intersecting.
What ties all of this together is a simple shift. Boards are expected to respond faster, with better insight and sharper judgement. That requires a different approach to how information flows into the boardroom. That is where Nagarro’s focus on continuous, intelligence-led decision-
