Kimsuka Narsimhan Joins HCL Technologies As Independent Director
Kimsuka Narsimhan has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of HCL Technologies Limited, w.e.f. April 20, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders.
Narsimhan’s career includes positions as CFO of Asia Pacific at Kimberly-Clark, CFO of India Region at PepsiCo, and leadership roles at Unilever across global and India operations. She has worked across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, India, and Southeast Asia. She has over a decade of Board experience with organisations such as Bharti Airtel, Meesho, Akzo Nobel, and AstraZeneca, and has chaired key board committees. She is a qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant with over 35 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. Narsimhan has held senior leadership roles across finance, risk management, strategy, and business transformation with global organisations.
