Ashish Nainawatee Appointed As Chief Strategy Officer Of Endurance Technologies
Ashish Nainawatee has been appointed as Chief Strategy Officer and a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Endurance Technologies Limited, with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, Anant Talaulicar has been reappointed as an Independent Director with effect from July 12, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders.
Nainawatee has about 27 years of experience across corporate strategy, sales, business development, engineering, and organisational change. Before joining the company, he worked with Bosch for about 26 years, including as Vice President (VP) of Mobility Aftermarket, with part of his tenure in Germany. He joined the company on April 7, 2025, as Chief Strategy Officer at the Executive Vice President (EVP) level, reporting to the Managing Director (MD), and has been designated as senior management personnel. Nainawatee has completed the Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surathkal. He also holds a certification in organisation development from NTL, USA, and is a certified people manager from Great Place to Work Institute.
Talaulicar has close to four decades of experience in leadership roles within the Cummins Inc. group across the United States and India. He worked in the US for 16 years in roles spanning engineering, finance, product management, and strategy before moving to India in 2003 as Joint Managing Director (MD) of Cummins India Ltd. He later served as Chairman and MD of the Cummins Group in India and led its components business. He has also been managing director of Tata Cummins Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture with Tata Motors, and has held Board roles across industry and institutions. Talaulicar holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Tulane University, along with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Mysore.
