Brijesh Goyal To Succeed Arihant Dhariwal As CFO Of Kaya
Brijesh Goyal has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (Designate) and Senior Managerial Personnel (CFO & SMP) of Kaya Limited, effective from April 13, 2026. He would take over as CFO effective July 11, 2026, subject to approvals.
Goyal will succeed Arihant Dhariwal, who has resigned from the post of CFO to pursue opportunities outside the organisation, effective July 10, 2026.
Goyal is a finance and business leader with over three decades of experience across enterprises and growth-stage businesses in retail and consumer services. In his most recent role, he served as Head of Finance at Enrich Hair & Skin Solutions, where he managed the finance function and worked with the leadership team on business growth and expansion. A significant part of his career was spent at Reliance Retail Limited, where he worked for over 14 years in senior finance roles, handling financial operations and supporting business growth. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Government College, Ajmer.
Dhariwal is a finance professional with over 13 years of experience across finance, legal, and supply chain functions. His work spans financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting, treasury operations, and investor relations. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a bachelor’s degree of commerce from Sydenham College.
