Nayan Jain To Replace Geeta Kharat As Company Secretary Of Swaraj Engines
Nayan Jain has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Swaraj Engines Limited, with effect from June 13, 2026. He will also be Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel (KMP & SMP) of the company. He will replace Geeta Kharat, who will be stepping down for better growth and career opportunities, with effect from June 12, 2026.
Jain is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and works in the corporate secretarial team at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He has been associated with Mahindra & Mahindra since December 2023, where he handles secretarial and governance-related responsibilities. His role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has around three years of experience in corporate secretarial functions.
Kharat has over six years of experience in corporate secretarial compliance and has been associated with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited since 2019. In her current role, she works on governance and compliance matters. Before this, she worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she handled accounts and finance functions and completed her company secretary management training. During her tenure, she earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification for her work on accounting process improvement. Kharat is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She holds a master’s degree in business law and a master’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
