Mugdha Rajesh Vartak Joins BF Utilities’ Board As Woman Independent Director
Mugdha Rajesh Vartak has been appointed as Non-Executive Woman Independent Director (Additional Director) of BF Utilities Limited, with effect from March 17, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders by way of postal ballot.
Vartak is an HR professional with over two decades of experience across IT, consulting, automotive, and education sectors. She has worked on people strategy, leadership hiring, succession planning, organisational development, learning and development, and talent management. Her experience includes roles in HR consulting, industrial psychology, and people management. She has led initiatives in organisational development, hiring, and culture integration. Vartak holds an Executive MBA in Strategic HR Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta and postgraduate qualifications in labour law, HR management, and computer management from institutes in Pune. She also has a master’s degree in industrial psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
