Vinod Kumar Tripathi Retires As Independent Director Of Easy Trip Planners

Vinod Kumar Tripathi has completed his term as Independent Director of Easy Trip Planners Limited and consequently retired w.e.f. February 24, 2026.

Tripathi has over three decades of professional experience across public and private sectors. He has been serving as Executive Chairman of Eco Hotels and Resorts since August 2022, where he focuses on leadership, management, and business planning in the hospitality sector. Earlier in his career, he served in the Indian Revenue Service as Commissioner of Income Tax, handling the enforcement of income tax laws in several cities. He also worked as Managing Director at National Textile Corporation, overseeing textile mills under the government enterprise. Tripathi has also held roles including President and Executive Director at Reliance. He holds a master’s degree in Humanities from the University of Allahabad.
