Kishorkumar Mohanlal Pradhan Reappointed As Independent Director Of Lloyds Engineering Works

Lloyds Engineering Works Limited has reappointed Kishorkumar Mohanlal Pradhan as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective July 22, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting on March 27, 2026.

In 1983, Pradhan joined the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) and retired as General Manager. He also served for three years as Chief Executive Incharge at Investor Services of India Ltd., a subsidiary of IDBI. He began his career with Indian Airlines and later worked with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Bank of India (BOI). He has 37 years of experience in the banking sector across financial institutions and departments. His areas of work include project finance and resource management, central administration and strategic planning, research and central accounts, human resources and business development, recovery and non-performing asset management, and audit and risk assessment.
