
Tillmann Olsen To Succeed Karin Gilges As CFO Of Bosch
Tillmann Olsen has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (CFO & KMP) of Bosch Limited, with effect from June 1, 2026.
He will be succeeding Karin Gilges, the current CFO, who has tendered her resignation from the said position with effect from May 31, 2026. Gilges has resigned upon her appointment to a global role within the group, which will be based outside India.
Oslen is a senior global executive with over 25 years of leadership experience within Bosch Rexroth AG and the Bosch Group. Since January 2022, he has been Executive Vice President and Leader of the Business Unit Mobile Components in Germany, holding full global P&L responsibility for three product classes with revenues exceeding 400 million euros and leading more than 1,500 associates worldwide. He previously served as Regional President of Bosch Rexroth Africa and CEO of Bosch Rexroth South Africa, driving growth, post-merger integration, and strategic expansion across the continent. Olsen’s earlier roles spanned CFO, plant management, M&A, purchasing, and controlling across Europe, China, and the Americas. He began his career with an international trainee programme at Robert Bosch GmbH.
Gilges has been the CFO of Bosch since May 2022, overseeing finance and accounting, controlling, planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), taxation, and performance management in India. With over 33 years of experience within the Bosch Group, she has held several managerial roles across finance, controlling, and supply chain functions in Germany, China, and Turkey. A certified management accountant and foreign language correspondent (English) from the Chamber of Commerce, Würzburg, Germany, she brings strong international expertise to her role.
