Lalitha Raghuram & Shilpi Varshney Join Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals’ Board As Directors

Lalitha Raghuram has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, and Shilpi Varshney has been appointed as an Independent Director to the Board of Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, effective February 14, 2026.

Raghuram serves as Country Director of MOHAN Foundation, Hyderabad, overseeing advocacy in organ donation, increasing deceased donations, resource mobilisation, strategic planning, and government liaison. Earlier, she was Country Director of Operation Eyesight Universal in India from 2004 to 2009. She received the Womentor Award and the International Eye Care Hero Award in 2018. She is a first-class postgraduate in social work and commerce with advanced accounting and auditing. She also holds postgraduate diplomas in personnel management and industrial relations and in community eye health from L.V. Prasad Eye Institute.

Varshney is Director of Projects and Skill Development at the All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT). She has over 28 years of experience in social impact and skill development, leading government, CSR-funded, and World Bank-supported programmes. She has led programme strategy, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and impact reporting under national frameworks such as Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) and state Skill Missions, supporting CSR governance and rural sustainability. Varshney holds a master’s degree in human resource development and english literature.
