
Capri Global Capital Announces Resignation of CEO Monu Ratra
Capri Global Capital Limited on Monday announced the resignation of Monu Ratra from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a senior management change at the non-banking financial company.
The company informed the stock exchanges that. Ratra, who was appointed as CEO with effect from October 7, 2025, and designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) forming part of the Senior Management, has tendered his resignation to pursue an entrepreneurial path.
His resignation as CEO and KMP is effective from January 19, 2026, while his last working day will be January 31, 2026, at the close of business hours.
The company did not announce an immediate successor at the time of filing and said further updates, if any, will be communicated to the stock exchanges in due course.
