
Former OCBC Investor Relations Head, Collins Chin, Appointed As Global CFO At Bank Of Singapore
The Bank of Singapore has appointed Collins Chin as Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. He succeeds Ho Soo Woon, who left the role in 2025 after 14 years. Chin will join the bank’s global management committee and report to CEO Jason Moo.
Before taking on the CFO role, Chin served as Head of Investor Relations at the bank’s parent company, OCBC. He joined OCBC in 2009 as Head of Group Financial and Management Reporting and was appointed Head of Investor Relations in 2013. He has also held leadership positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, Standard Chartered Bank, and Barclays Capital, covering finance, capital markets, and risk functions across the region. Chin will oversee the bank’s global financial strategy and reporting functions.
