Sanjay Lodha Reappointed As CMD Of Netweb Technologies India; Vivek, Niraj & Navin Lodha Reappointed As Whole-Time Directors
Sanjay Lodha, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Netweb Technologies India Limited, has been reappointed, with effect from August 14, 2026.
Vivek Lodha, Niraj Lodha, and Navin Lodha have been reappointed as Whole-Time Directors of the company, with effect from August 14, 2026.
Sanjay Lodha is also one of the Promoters of the company and has served as a Director since September 22, 1999. Prior to the company’s incorporation, he founded and operated M/s Netweb Technologies from 1996 until its acquisition in 2016. He has served on the Governing Council of MAIT (2016–2022) and is currently its Vice President (VP). He has also been a Member of Intel’s Board of Advisors in 2020 and 2022. He has over two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, leading the Strategy and Business Development function since 2016 and driving the company’s growth and market expansion. Lodha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from the University of Delhi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the Apeejay School of Marketing, New Delhi.
Vivek Lodha is also one of the Promoters of the company and has served as a Director since April 13, 2015. Prior to joining the company, he was associated with M/s Netweb Technologies, the proprietorship of the company’s CMD, from 2008 until its acquisition in August 2016. His expertise in sales strategy and regional market development has contributed to expanding the company’s presence in the East Zone. He leads the East Zone of the company’s Sales and Marketing department and brings over 25 years of industry experience. His strategic approach and deep industry knowledge continue to drive business growth and strengthen the company’s position in the region. Lodha holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi.
Niraj Lodha is also one of the Promoters of the company and has served as a Director since April 13, 2015. Before joining the company, he was associated with M/s Netweb Technologies, the proprietorship of the company’s Chairman and Managing Director, from 2008 until its acquisition in August 2016. His expertise in sales strategy and regional market development has helped expand the company’s presence in the South Zone. He leads the South Zone of the company’s sales and marketing department and brings over 25 years of experience in the field. His industry knowledge and strategic approach continue to drive business growth and strengthen the company’s position in the region. Lodha holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from S. Deshbandhu College.
Navin Lodha is also one of the Promoters of the company and has served as a Director since September 22, 1999. Prior to joining the company, he was associated with M/s Netweb Technologies, the proprietorship of the company’s CMD, from 2008 until its acquisition in August 2016. He leads the West Zone Sales and Marketing operations of the company and has over 25 years of experience in the field. His expertise in sales strategy and regional market development has helped expand the company’s presence in the West Zone. His industry knowledge and strategic approach continue to drive business growth and strengthen the company’s market position in the region. Lodha holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi.
