Pelorus Technologies Honoured With ‘Stewards Of Cyber Security & AI’ Award
Rahul Dwivedi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pelorus Technologies Pvt. Ltd., accepted the honour for Stewards of Cyber Security & AI award at the Board Stewardship Global Corporate Governance Summit 2025, held at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). This honour celebrates the leadership of Pelorus Technologies in advancing cyber security and artificial intelligence solutions that serve critical national security and intelligence needs.
Pelorus Technologies was established in 2009 with a clear mission: to develop cutting-edge telecom solutions for some of the most demanding sectors. The company’s foundation was inspired by the 26/11 terrorist attacks, which underscored the urgent need for advanced technology in intelligence and law enforcement agencies. One of the company’s first major clients was the Indian Navy, marking the beginning of a long-standing commitment to supporting defence and security with innovative technology.
Prior to founding Pelorus, Dwivedi gained valuable experience in the telecommunications industry. He served as General Manager for Sales and Marketing at Reliance Industries, managing the telematics product line. He also held the role of Chief Manager for the Western Region at ESSEL Group (Agrani Telecom), overseeing telecom and security product lines. Early in his career, he contributed to the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), where he worked on designing a low-noise amplifier in the 14 to 14.5 GHz range. He also interned at the Physical Research Laboratory, assisting with the Solar X-Ray Spectrometer (SOXS) experimental payload launched aboard the GSAT-2 satellite.
Dwivedi holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and completed a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from NMIMS, Mumbai. His expertise spans general management, Corporate Governance, business strategy, product development, and partnership management.
