
Board Stewardship Launches Corporate Fellow Membership
Deepak Rastogi, Group CFO, Puravankara Ltd, was conferred as one of the inaugural Corporate Fellows at the Board Stewardship Global Corporate Governance Summit 2025. The summit successfully concluded on 3rd December at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), convened more than 300 corporate leaders, board members, Independent Directors, governance experts and senior executives. Over two days, the platform enabled focused discussions on governance reforms, sustainability priorities, digital transformation, board performance and the evolving expectations of Indian corporations in a rapidly shifting regulatory environment.
One of the defining features of this year’s summit was the debut of the Corporate Fellow by Board Stewardship—a new category introduced to honour seasoned professionals whose contributions have strengthened governance standards, leadership capability and institutional effectiveness.
Aditya Sisodia and Deepak Rastogi were announced as the inaugural Corporate Fellows of Board Stewardship during the summit’s closing session, marking a new chapter in the platform’s commitment to strengthening boardroom standards and leadership capability in India.
Deepak Rastogi, Group CFO, Puravankara Ltd, honoured as Corporate Fellow of Board Stewardship, is a distinguished Global CFO and Board Director. Rastogi brings more than 30 years of international experience across India, China, Europe and the US. He has led listed enterprises generating revenues exceeding USD 2 billion, overseeing large-scale operations, multiple manufacturing facilities, joint ventures and complex global business structures.
His multifaceted expertise includes P&L leadership, business growth, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, AIF management, supply chain optimisation, governance architecture, enterprise risk management and digital transformation. He has chaired multiple Audit Committees and has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, business integrations, investor relations and strategic expansion. Beyond his corporate leadership, Rastogi also mentors fintech start-ups, contributing to the next generation of financial innovation.
By instituting the Corporate Fellow category, the summit broadens its recognition framework to celebrate leaders who advance governance excellence in India. Rastogi’s selection as part of the inaugural cohort acknowledges his enduring contributions to strengthening Corporate Governance, strategic oversight and leadership maturity across organisations.
