KWIL Appoints Seven-Member Board Before December 1 Demerger From HUL

Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited (KWIL) has appointed a seven-member Board as it prepares to separate from Hindustan Unilever on December 1, 2025.

Chitrank Goel has been named Deputy Managing Director and Executive Director, while Prashant Premrajka will serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The Board also includes Independent Directors Ravi Pisharody, Madhavan Hariharan, J.V. Raman, and Shukla Wassan, and Ritesh Tiwari has joined as a Non-Executive Director.

Goel is a business leader with over 20 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, snacking, and QSR–Retail sectors in India and Europe. He has held leadership roles across Unilever, focusing on the ice cream category, and served as Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Emerging Business Unit at Jubilant FoodWorks. He has led business growth, category transformation, and brand development in multiple markets. He has a graduate degree from Hansraj College and an MBA in marketing and strategy.

Premrajka is a finance professional with over 22 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. He has held senior finance roles at Hindustan Unilever and served as CFO of Kimberly-Clark Lever India. He is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College and IIM Ahmedabad. He brings expertise in financial leadership, governance, and business partnering.
