Board Stewardship to Convene November Edition of its Monthly Webinar Series on Board Leadership, Accountability and Governance
Board Stewardship is pleased to announce the November 2025 edition of its flagship Monthly Live Webinar Series, “Stewardship in the Boardroom,” scheduled for Friday, 7th November 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST. A continuing effort to enable future-ready Boards, the series serves as a vibrant knowledge platform for Independent Directors, board members, governance professionals, and thought leaders to exchange insights on effective stewardship and emerging governance paradigms.
This month’s edition, themed “Board Leadership – Accountability and Governance,” will explore the evolving responsibilities of Boards in driving organisational integrity, leadership resilience, and sustainable decision-making in an era of transparency and transformation.
The session will open with a Welcome Address by Vikesh Wallia, Managing Director and Editor, Board Stewardship, who will outline the focus of the series and set the tone for the evening’s dialogue on accountability-driven leadership. The Inaugural Address will be delivered by Shailesh Haribhakti, Chairman of the Advisory Board, Board Stewardship, and one of India’s most respected governance voices. He will reflect on how Boards today must balance oversight with innovation and ensure accountability as a cultural, not just procedural, value.
Adding an exciting dimension to the event, the session will feature the special e-launch of the book “Mastering Governance Leadership & Strategic Storytelling – Lessons from PM Modi for Boards & C-Suite Leaders” authored by Dr. Amit Nagpal, PhD, Founder of Your Board Profile, Narrative Architect, and noted speaker. The book decodes the art of communication and influence in leadership, offering actionable insights for board members and senior executives.
The Panel Discussion on “Leadership Challenges for Corporate Governance” will feature Dr. Amit Nagpal; Aparna Sharma, Independent Director and Senior HR Professional; and Lloyd Mathias, Business Strategist and Independent Director on multiple boards. Together, they will address pressing issues facing corporate leaders—ranging from navigating stakeholder expectations to building trust in times of uncertainty.
Following the panel, a Fireside Chat on “Board Leadership for Accountability” will bring together Rajesh Srivastava, Corporate Veteran, Educator, and Bestselling Author, and Dr. Anupama Vaidya (hc), Independent Director and Organisation Architect.
