
Board Stewardship Huddle Returns To Delhi NCR With A Focus On Boardroom Dynamics
The Board Stewardship Huddle is set to return to Delhi NCR on September 30, 2025, bringing together an esteemed gathering of board members, governance experts, and corporate leaders for an evening of dialogue, insights, and impactful knowledge exchange. Hosted at Nagarro, the Huddle promises to be a defining platform for conversations around Corporate Governance and boardroom practices.
The evening will open with a Welcome Address by Vikesh Wallia, Managing Director and Editor, Board Stewardship, followed by a Nagaro Welcome Address by Manas Human, Co-Founder and CEO, Nagarro. This will be followed by the Inaugural Address from Shailesh Haribhakti, Chairman of the Advisory Board, Board Stewardship.
Setting the tone for the evening, Dr. Niraj Gupta, Head–School of Corporate Governance & Public Policy, IICA/MCA, will deliver the keynote on “Trust, Power, and Balance: Reimagining the Boardroom”. His address will explore the role of trust and authority in shaping governance, while highlighting how Boards must balance responsibility and accountability in an era of rapid change. This will be followed by another keynote on “The Influence and Impact of AI on the Boardroom” by Rajiv Gupta, Managing Director & Senior Partner, Boston Consulting Group.
Session 1 – Book Launch: The Family Business Playbook: Lessons in Governance from Centuries-old Family Firms by Atul Juvle, Independent Director on multiple Boards. The session will feature the launch of his book, offering practical wisdom on the unique challenges faced by family-led enterprises.
Session 2 – Boardroom Relationship: Promoters and ID Role Play
A dynamic panel discussion featuring Pankaj Raj (Co-Founder & Director, Search Value), Rajat K Jain (Founder & Director, PadUp Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Independent Director), and Aditya Sisodia (Executive Leadership Coach & CEO, S Vision Consultants). The session will explore the complexities of promoter–Independent Director interactions, and how collaboration can strengthen governance frameworks while upholding independence and strategic oversight.
Session 3 – Boards Chair of the Future
A session spotlighting key insights from the Korn Ferry Report.
The Huddle will close with a Vote of Thanks by Rajeev Batra, Fellow of Board Stewardship, Former Partner at KPMG, and Independent Director on multiple Boards.
