Daniel Nova & Matt Reintjes Join Harley-Davidson As Independent Directors

Harley-Davidson, Inc. has appointed Daniel Nova and Matt Reintjes as Independent Directors on its Board.

Nova has been working with Highland Capital Partners since 1996, focusing on disruptive commerce, the future of work, new media, and digital marketing. Earlier, he co-founded CMG@Ventures, where he led the creation and funding of Lycos, the first ad-supported search engine, which went public in record time and was later acquired for USD 12.5 billion. From 2020 to 2022, he served as Chief Investment Officer and Director of Highland Transcend Partners I Corp., a publicly traded SPAC. Nova has extensive Board experience and currently serves on the Boards of ThredUp, Catalant, Clearco, Kyruus, and RapidSOS. His career has been defined by early-stage investing and supporting transformative growth in technology-driven businesses.

Reintjes has been President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of YETI since 2015 and a member of its Board since 2016. Under his leadership, YETI transitioned from its founding team to a globally recognised outdoor lifestyle brand, expanded its innovation pipeline, and went public in 2018. Before joining YETI, he led Vista Outdoor’s Outdoor Products division and previously served as COO of Bushnell Outdoor Products. Earlier, he spent nine years at Danaher Corporation, holding multiple leadership roles, including President of its Dental Equipment business. He began his career in consulting with a focus on marketing strategy and financial analysis. Reintjes holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
