Yvonne McGill Steps Down As CFO Of Dell Technologies

Yvonne McGill has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Dell Technologies, effective September 9, 2025.

David Kennedy, Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Business Operations and Finance, a 27-year veteran of the company, will take over as interim CFO. McGill will remain as an adviser until October 31, 2025.

McGill has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Dell Technologies, responsible for accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, investor relations, corporate development, global business operations, and Dell Financial Services. She also works with the CEO’s office on long-term strategy. Since joining Dell in 1997, Yvonne has served as Corporate Controller, CFO of the Infrastructure Solutions Group, CFO for Asia-Pacific, Japan, and China, and Chief Accounting Officer. A founding member of Dell’s ‘Women in Action’ group, she also sponsors the ‘Family Balance’ initiative. Previously, she worked with ManTech International and Price Waterhouse. Yvonne holds a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech and serves on the boards of Applied Materials, Inc. and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
