
J. Nagarajan Replaces Lalit Singhvi As CFO Of JSW Infrastructure
J. Nagarajan, currently Deputy Chief Financial Officer, has been elevated to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of JSW Infrastructure Limited, effective September 1, 2025. He replaces Lalit Singhvi, who will retire from the same position effective August 31, 2025.
Debabrat Mishra has been appointed as a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Human Resources (HR) of the company, effective September 1, 2025.
Neeta Mukerji and Ameeta Chatterjee have been appointed as Independent Directors (Additional Directors) of the company, effective August 23, 2025, and August 30, 2025, respectively, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Devki Nandan Sharma has been appointed as Whole-Time Director (Additional Director) of the company, effective September 1, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Nirmal Kumar Jain and Kantilal Narandas Patel have resigned as Independent Directors of the company, effective August 30, 2025.
Nagarajan has over 24 years of experience in M&A, strategic finance, project finance, treasury, business planning, and financial management. Before joining the company as Deputy CFO, he spent 15 years with JSW Steel Ltd., where he served as CFO of Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd., CFO of JSW Ispat Special Products Ltd., and played a key role in the M&A team. Earlier, he worked with Reliance Industries Ltd. and Hindalco Industries Ltd. Nagarajan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICAI & ICSI).
Mishra has around 25 years of experience in leading HR functions across metals, mining, power, and telecom sectors, with exposure to diverse geographies, greenfield projects, and large-scale infrastructure setups. He was associated with the Vedanta Group for 17 years and Exide Industries Limited for 4 years before joining JSW Group, where he has been serving for the past 4 years. Skilled in business HR, change management, culture building, leadership development, and employee relations, he has successfully aligned people strategies with business goals to drive organisational growth and excellence. Mishra holds a B.Sc. from Patna University and a PGDM in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD, Pune.
