Anjali Sharma has been appointed as Independent Director designated as Director of Mayur Leather Products Limited, effective September 27, 2025.
Further, Vitthal Nawandhar, Poonam Khetan, and Raj Gopal Sharda have been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors designated as Directors, effective September 27, 2025.
Additionally, Manish Bihani has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director designated as Director, effective September 27, 2025.
Anjali Sharma brings strong expertise in international trade and business operations. Since 2018, she has been successfully running her own export business in loose gemstones and silver jewellery, serving global markets. Her professional background spans office administration, internet marketing, and participation in domestic and international trade fairs. She is adept in export-import documentation, invoicing, inventory management, and client relations, with proficiency in MS Office, internet technologies, and desktop publishing tools. Sharma holds a certification in Export-Import Documentation from the Jaipur Institute of Foreign Trade (JIFT).
Vitthal Nawandhar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate advisory. His expertise spans statutory and internal audits, direct and indirect tax compliance, financial reporting, and business structuring. Over the years, he has provided consultancy services to clients across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, trading, and services, helping them achieve financial efficiency and regulatory compliance. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Nawandhar has built a strong foundation in financial analysis, regulatory frameworks, and strategic planning.
Poonam Khetan brings over 20 years of experience in management, strategic planning, and operational leadership. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to take quick and effective decisions in dynamic environments, ensuring smooth outcomes even in challenging situations. Her expertise lies in team leadership, problem-solving and driving business growth through innovative and practical strategies. With her strong leadership skills and strategic mindset, Poonam continues to play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable growth and operational excellence across diverse business functions.
Raj Gopal Sarda brings with him over 35 years of extensive experience in the financial markets, with active involvement in stockbroking, lending, and borrowing activities, and long-standing associations with various NSE and BSE brokers. Alongside his financial expertise, he has developed in-depth knowledge of the solar industry, having executed multiple solar projects over the last four years. In 2003, he founded Shrishti Cold Storage Pvt. Ltd., Nagaur, where he served as Founder Director. He has also offered project consultancy for several other cold storage facilities, including Shri Vasudev Cold Storage in Nagaur and Shri Hari Industries in Bikaner.
Manish Bihani has extensive experience in the financial sector, with expertise in dealing with banks and NBFCs for finance and project funding requirements. Over the years, he has built strong capabilities in financial management, project evaluation, and funding strategies to support business growth. In addition to his financial acumen, he has hands-on experience in steel trading for more than three years, which has given him practical exposure to commercial operations and market dynamics.
