Madan Pillutla Steps Down As Independent Director Of Cyient DLM

Madan Pillutla has resigned as the Independent Director of Cyient DLM Limited, with effect from August 18, 2025, due to preoccupation.

Pillutla is the Dean and Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business. He spent 22 years on the faculty of the London Business School, where he held key leadership roles, including Deputy Dean of Faculty, Member of the Management Board, Executive Committee, and Governing Body. His research has been published in leading academic journals, and he has served on editorial boards such as the ‘Administrative Science Quarterly’, ‘Academy of Management Journal’, and ‘Academy of Management Review’. Pillutla designed and directed popular executive education programmes at London Business School (LBS). He holds degrees from BITS Pilani, XLRI Jamshedpur, the University of Illinois, and a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia.
