Bhaskar Bhat To Join Marico Board As Independent Director

Bhaskar Bhat has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) of Marico Limited w.e.f. October 1, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders.

Bhat has over 40 years of experience in the corporate sector. He joined the Tata Watch Project in 1983, which later became Titan Company Ltd., where he held roles in sales and marketing, HR, international business, and general management. He served as Managing Director (MD) of Titan from April 2002 until his retirement in September 2019. He serves as Independent Chairman of Kansai Nerolac Paints and holds Directorships at Metro Brands, Lucas TVS, and Orange County Resorts & Hotels, and contributes to non-profit Boards. Bhat holds a degree in mechanical engineering from IIT Madras and a PGDBM from IIM Ahmedabad, both of which awarded him distinguished alumnus honours.
