Indo Tech Transformers Reappoints Leena M. Sathyanarayanan & Ajay K. Dhagat As Independent Directors
Leena Mukundh Sathyanarayanan and Ajay Kumar Dhagat have been reappointed as Independent Directors of Indo Tech Transformers Limited with effect from November 5, 2025, and August 13, 2025, respectively.
Sathyanarayanan brings nearly 15 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. She also held leadership positions as Business Controller for Europe & Americas at Elgi Equipment and as CFO at Craftsman Automation Pvt. Ltd. Currently, she is a Partner at CSR & Co., Chartered Accountants, where she focuses on audit and assurance services. During her tenure at Bimetal Bearings Ltd. (Amalgamations Group), she played a key role in establishing an Indo-Japanese joint venture. Her professional background combines financial leadership, Corporate Governance, and risk management expertise. She is a Chartered Accountant (CS) with additional qualifications, including Associate Company Secretary (ACS), Cost and Works Accountant (CWA), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
Dhagat has over four decades of industry experience. He has held senior positions at GEC and served on the management board of Alstom SA and T&D France. During his previous tenure as Whole-Time Director at Indo Tech, he played a key role in strategy formulation and process development. He is an electrical engineering graduate from the University of Jabalpur.
