
Founding Director Arvind Gupta Retires As ONDC Independent Director
Arvind Gupta, the founding member and first Independent Director of the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), has stepped down after completing his tenure.
Gupta is the Co-Founder and Head of Digital India Foundation, a think tank focused on technology policy, digital inclusion, and governance of emerging technologies. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at IIT-BHU and is a regular contributor to leading publications, including the World Economic Forum and Harvard Business Review. He has previously led MyGov, the citizen engagement platform initiated by the Indian government. He co-founded multiple startups and was named an Eisenhower Fellow in 2014. He is an IIT-BHU alumnus, and he also holds degrees from the University of Illinois and ISB.
