Sunil Bhumralkar Joins Tanla Board as Independent Director

Tanla Platforms Limited announced the appointment of Sunil Bhumralkar as an Independent Director.

Bhumralkar brings nearly 40 years of experience in assurance, financial reporting, and corporate governance. He served over two decades as a Senior Audit Partner at S R Batliboi & Associates LLP, an EY India member firm, leading the Assurance practice for the Technology, Media, and Telecom sector. He has also contributed to regulatory bodies such as the ICAI’s Auditing and Assurance Standards Board. Bhumralkar’s board-level experience spans multiple listed companies, where he has championed strong governance frameworks, risk oversight, and compliance structures.
