Microsoft Expands LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky’s Role To Include Office & AI

Microsoft has appointed LinkedIn Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ryan Roslansky to oversee its Office products and AI tools, including Word, Excel, and the Copilot platform.

Roslansky will retain his LinkedIn role while assuming additional responsibilities aimed at strengthening ties between Microsoft’s productivity software and AI initiatives.

Roslansky was also Co-Founder and CEO of Housing Media from January 1997 to July 2007. During his tenure at LinkedIn, he has collaborated with teams to expand LinkedIn’s reach and enhance its core platform as a hub for professional networking and opportunities. Currently, he serves as a Member Board of Directors at Intuit and a Member Board of Trustees at The Paley Centre for Media. His work is centred on building tools and services that serve professionals across industries, supporting both individual career growth and broader labour market engagement.
