Alok Pathak Steps Down As Head Of Assets At Utkarsh Small Finance Bank

Alok Pathak, Head of Assets and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited, has resigned and will cease to be in the employment of the bank effective June 4, 2025.

Pathak has worked at Yes Bank as Executive Vice President of Risk Management, at Axis Bank as Deputy Vice President in the Risk Department, and at State Bank of Mysore as Deputy Manager (Dealer in Treasury). Over the course of his career, he has been involved in managing financial risk, regulatory compliance, and treasury operations across various banking institutions. Pathak holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Shri Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, and a diploma in information and systems management from Aptech. He has completed the Certified Banking Compliance Professional Examination and the CAIIB Examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
