Philipe Joseph Hlaydon To Retire As Head Of Health Care Business Of Dabur India; Sriram Padmanabhan Appointed
Philipe Joseph Hlaydon, the present Head of Health Care Business of Dabur India Limited, will be superannuating w.e.f. July 01, 2025.
Sriram Padmanabhan has been appointed as Head of Health Care Business in the Senior Management of the company w.e.f. April 7, 2025, or such other date as may be deemed fit by the Executive Director of HR of the company.
Padmanabhan has over 21 years of experience in marketing, sales, strategic planning, and P&L management. His most recent position was with Danone India as Marketing Director, based in Mumbai. He has worked across multiple organisations, including Abbott Nutrition, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Kimberly-Clark Lever, Times Internet, and Dabur Foods Ltd. In these roles, he has contributed to marketing and business functions across categories. Padmanabhan completed his B.E. in Electronics and Communication from MD University in 2001 and a PGDM from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon.
