American Tower Corporation Welcomes Rajesh Kalathur To Board Of Directors

American Tower Corporation has appointed Rajesh Kalathur to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Kalathur is the President of John Deere Financial and Chief Information Officer of Deere & Company. He has experience in finance, technology, and strategic operations. At John Deere, he led initiatives in artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and IT transformation. Steve Vondran, President and CEO of American Tower, stated that Kalathur’s expertise aligns with the company’s objectives. Kalathur serves as Vice Chair of the Iowa Business Council and was recognised by the University Of Alabama College Of Engineering. He holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
