Sreekanth Chanda Succeeds Vijaya M. Bhasker As Company Secretary Of Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals

Sreekanth Chanda has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited with effect from February 03, 2025.

Chanda has succeeded Vijaya M. Bhasker, who has resigned from the same position with effect from the above-said date.

Chanda is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 3 years of post-qualification experience. She is skilled in managing compliance and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant SEBI regulations. Her expertise includes handling statutory obligations, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing Corporate Governance practices.
