Kedar Karmarkar & Bhairav Chokshi Retire As Independent Directors Of Supriya Lifescience

Kedar Karmarkar and Bhairav Chokshi, Independent Directors of Supriya Lifescience Limited, have completed their terms, and accordingly, they have ceased to be Directors with effect from February 01, 2025.

Further, Dr. Ganapati Dadasaheb Yadav and Dr. Sunil Subhash Bhagwat were appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors (Additional Directors) of the company effective January 24, 2025.

Karmarkar holds a master’s degree in science from the University of Mumbai and a doctorate of science from the University of Neuchâtel.

Chokshi holds a master’s degree in business administration from Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar.
