Atul Jain Resigned As MD & CEO Of Aptech

Atul Jain has resigned as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Aptech Limited with effect from January 30, 2025, citing personal reasons. Consequently, Jain ceases to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Jain shall also cease to be a Member of Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Atul Jain has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and business strategy across multiple industries. He has worked with Orient Electric Ltd., LeEco Technology Pvt. Ltd., Samsung Electronics, and Coca-Cola India, with his most recent position as President of Aqualite Industries Ltd. Jain was Executive Vice President and division Unit Head at Orient Electric Ltd., as well as Vice President of Sales for Samsung India’s Mobile division and Senior Vice President of Consumer Durables. He has driven substantial changes in corporate technology. He also served as chair of the CII’s Indian Fan Manufacturers Association (IFMA) and made contributions to CEAMA and the Delhi Management Association. Jain has a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
