Rajendra Moholkar Steps Down As Independent Director Of AXISCADES

Rajendra Moholkar has submitted his resignation as Non-Executive, Independent Director of AXISCADES Technologies Limited, with effect from January 27, 2025, due to increased personal responsibilities and time constraints.

This follows the earlier resignation of Abidali Neemuchwala as Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, on January 25.

Moholkar has over four decades of experience in corporate governance. He joined the AXISCADES Board following his career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as Company Secretary, where he contributed to key corporate initiatives. His experience includes leadership roles at TCS e-Serve Ltd., Citigroup Global Services Ltd., and ICICI Securities and Finance Co. Ltd., as well as senior positions at organisations such as Raymond Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Blaze Advertising.
