Brijesh Singh Bhadauriya Resigns As Independent Director Of FCS Software Solutions

Brijesh Singh Bhadauriya has resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director of FCS Software Solutions Limited due to other commitments and certain other preoccupations, with effect from January 20, 2025.

Bhadauriya is the Founder of BSB & Associates and has over 33 years of experience in the industry. He has held various leadership roles, including President at HQ Lamps Manufacturing Company, Senior Vice President & Corporate Head (Legal) at Lumax Industries Ltd., and Interim Resolution Professional at Wog Technologies Private Limited. Currently, he serves as the Resolution Professional at RCI Industries and Technologies Ltd. Bhadauriya holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, a bachelor’s degree in law, and has done Company Secretarial practices at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
